Voyages of Discovery cruise holidays offer a service that is very much geared towards meeting like minded people and discovering new lands, as well as seeing some magnificent wildlife.

Two swimming pools are available as well as two Jacuzzis for that little bit of luxury, or you can indulge yourself at the health club.
A nightclub is provided as an accompaniment to the 5 bars and there are 2 restaurants, one of which is a more formal restaurant where you can expect to indulge in some fine dining and the other a very chic and sophisticated ‘by invitation only’ restaurant. All passengers will be invited to dine here at least once on their cruise and it really is quite a special occasion, very much like entering a private club.
The cinema has a capacity for 170 passengers, so it is big enough to make you feel as if you are in a real cinema, but small enough to be quite intimate. The cinema also ‘doubles’ up as the venue for many exciting and interesting lectures throughout the day. Guest speakers may give either informal or formal talks and many of the lectures are based around the countries that are being visited, so there is an air of education about these cruises, as well as having fun.
The entertainment provided is not quite as cabaret focussed as many other cruises, it is much more low key and gentle in its approach, so you will not find Broadway style shows laid on here every night.
Four lounges are also provided, one, called the Carousel is where you will find the most nightlife, or there are more relaxed and quieter lounges available for those who like to just experience a little peace and tranquillity. There is even a Bridge club lounge, so if you want to play cards or have a game of chess, this is the place to come.
A fully equipped gym and health care centre is provided, where you can experience some of the very latest in terms of relaxation treatments.
The emphasis on Voyages of Discovery is on having a relaxed and gentle cruise holiday, where you get to experience other peoples’ ways of life and see some stunning scenery and perhaps learn a bit more about the animals who live there too.
