MS Nordstjernen was built in 1956 for service on the Hurigruten route. This traditional working ship is rich in charater and is another firm favourite for many Hurigruten enthusiast. Having been modernised during the 1980s she has been used latterly for voyages around the Spitsbergen Archipelago.
