MSC Opera is an elegant ship offering every conceivable comfort, with roomy areas where you can gather with friends and family in classy surroundings. Then on 30 November, she makes a 19 day ocean voyage to Brazil, while calling at Spain, Casablanca, Fortaleza, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro. Springtime comes and MSC Opera continues to sail on 9 day cruises in beautiful South America. She also offers mini cruises in South America. On 21 April, she makes a wonderful ocean voyage from Brazil back to Dover, England a fantastic opportunity you do not want to miss! Then off to a very different climate in summer 2009, where she alternates between visits to glacier covered Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway and Germany), exploring glacier fjords along the rugged coastline and folklore rich Sweden, Finland and Russia.

Lightweight, loose-fitting clothing is ideal in the daytime. For informal evenings, MSC recommend summery dresses for women and lightweight jackets for men. For those few formal evenings, cocktail dresses for the ladies and lightweight suits, or even dinner jackets for men are recommended.

I Pirati, is MSC’s children’s club, and is where your children want to be! The fully-packed programme starts with the children meeting in the morning. 3 to 9 year olds are signed into the Mini Club, and 9 to 13 year olds into the Junior Club. Young adults can get involved in the Teens Club, with its full programme of games, dance classes, and evening activities like karaoke and parties.
